The sacai x Nike VaporWaffle ‘Sesame Blue Void’ reunites the Swoosh with the Tokyo-based fashion label helmed by Chitose Abe.
Blending elements from the modern Vaporfly and vintage Pegasus runner from 1983, the hybrid silhouette makes use of a khaki textile upper with tonal leather and suede overlays.
A blue leather Swoosh is joined by a larger printed Swoosh in contrasting white. Tongues are similarly doubled up, each accented with a woven Nike tag.
The sneaker rides on a dual-layered foam midsole, featuring split heel detailing and supported by a classic waffle tread outsole.
