Description

Japan’s atmos joins forces with Korean fashion label Undermycar on the ASICS Gel Kayano 14 ‘Black Pure Silver.’ The lifestyle running shoe sports a black mesh upper with tonal side stripes outlined in metallic silver trim. Matching silver detailing appears on the eyestay and heel overlay, marked with Gel Kayano 14 branding on the lateral side. A solid black finish is applied to the EVA midsole, featuring visible Gel cushioning for impact protection and a comfortable ride.

The GEL-KAYANO® 14

• The GEL-KAYANO®️ 14 running shoe resurfaces with its vintage aesthetic and visible GEL®️ cushioning. Originally released in 2008, this version became the first iteration in the GEL-KAYANO®️ lineage to be designed by someone other than Toshikazu Kayano. This shoe improves the fit of the upper while retaining its classic layered leather and mesh construction.
• The GEL-KAYANO® 14 sneaker resurfaces with its late 2000s aesthetic as a nod to our storied GEL-KAYANO® series. Reinterpreting the shoe’s performance capabilities with updated materials and componentry, this version became the first iteration in the sneaker’s lineage to be designed by someone other than Toshikazu Kayano. Inspired by the original tooling from 2008, this shoe also features GEL® technology underfoot for advanced impact absorption.
